We can add a personalised message to your topper at no extra cost.

• If there is no box available, or you forget to add your message, simply send it to us by message after ordering.
• If you choose a personalised topper and no message is received, we will contact you by message and/or email.
• To avoid dispatch delays, if we do not receive a reply within 24 hours, your topper will be sent without a message.

Please make sure to read this section in full if you have not used these before. We do not include printed instructions with the order, helping us reduce paper use and keep costs down for yourself :)

1. Carefully cut around the topper using clean, dry scissors.
2. If you ordered a Frosted Icing Sheet, peel away the clear plastic backing before applying. Wafer paper has no backing, so it can be applied as soon as it has been cut out.
3. Use a VERY SMALL amount of water to attach the topper to the cake.
4. Gently smooth from the middle outwards with clean, dry hands until the topper sits neatly on the cake.

• Your topper is packed in a resealable plastic bag to help keep it fresh.
• It is posted in a board-backed envelope for protection in transit.
• Store flat in a cool, dry and flat place such as a cupboard or drawer.
• When kept in its original packaging, it can last for up to 12 months.
• For best results, we recommend using it within 3 months of purchase.
